Here's a short list of the equipment we'll be using in the Better Body after Baby program and Return to full-body strength program:
a yoga mat
a little 8 or 9-inch inflatable Pilates ball (or pillow, or stuffed animal!)
a yoga strap (or belt, or scarf)
2 yoga blocks (or pillows)
In the Return to Running program - we’ll be adding:
a mini loop resistance band (medium resistance)
a set of 3lbs, or 5lbs dumbbells
a 6-foot Flat band (Theraband - medium resistance)
